Our Proposition

Accessible

At Help to Grow we democratise Executive Coaching and make it available to those either just starting out on their career journey or to those who are struggling to reach the heights they’re aiming for.

Affordable

Most executive coaching is targeted at those nearing the apex of their career and involves hours of preparation and wrap-up by the coach as part of the billable package. Our approachreduces the cost by having you work through each workbook in advance of each session.

Guided

The workbooks contain exercises to help you introspect and reflect independently, meaning that when each session begins we can hit theground running. Essentially, the prep work and wrap-up is outsourced to you.

Committed

While this reduces the cost, it increases the commitment. This course is structured and designed around those who are prepared toengage seriously with their own self development. If you are not truly prepared to work and grow, we can’t help you.

Relationship

Help to Grow provide the opportunity to begin a coaching relationship which individuals can trust to provide support and advice on their professional journey. Advice which prioritises their own professional development, not just what is required by their current employers.
